How It Work
Introduction
- Victorian Energy Upgrade (VEU) Program is a government initiative that provides incentives for Victorians to make energy-efficient improvements to their homes and businesses, which helps cut power bills and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Victorians can access discounted energy-efficient products and save on their energy bills under this program.
- Sch 6 replaces existing room heater with a reverse cycle air conditioner (RCAC) that meets the criteria of VEU and relevant regulations. RCAC can provide both heating and cooling functions. Compared with traditional room heaters, it has premise temperature control, higher energy efficiency, air filteration, and other functions.

The RCAC is energy-efficient and help you to save energy costs. Also, it offers premise temperature control for heating or cooling, keeping you feel comfortable with a steady temperature within 0.5 degree. The dual filtration system filters harmful substances and keeps you stay healthy. The silent operating system and remote-control function also improve your experience.

The Midea AC has a full warranty & gurantee policy. The product is covered for up to 7 years by the policy. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Regular cleaning of the AC helps to reduce energy cost and increase the product’s lifespan. The cleaning frequency is noted in the operation manual which will be provided to you after installation. It is generally recommended that you clean the dust filters every few weeks, but the actual frequency depends on the user behaviour.
